Boynton Beach's Top Gated Community ~ Canyon Springs
Boynton Beach's new home construction builder, G.L. Homes, was ranked as the 25th largest privately-held builder in the U.S. (based on 2008 revenues) per Builder Magazine's 'Builder 100' survey; they were also ranked the 2nd largest privately-held builder in Florida by Professional Builder magazine the same year. But this doesn't begin to describe or explain the real reason why I have named Canyon Springs as one of Boynton Beach's Top Gated Communities.

The sales of luxury properties in the Boca Raton, Highland Beach and Delray Beach real estate market continues to stagnate. I have prepared a couple of graphs which illustrate the great amount of unsold inventory which is on the market in the over one million dollar price ranges. This segment represents approximately 13% of the total listings on the market. For purposes of this article, I have examined all listings in excess of one million dollars in Boca Raton, Highland Beach, and Delray Beach.
