I just listed and sold this fabulous five bedroom Keeneland model with numerous upgrades in Casa Bella. Casa Bella is a new home community in Delray Beach, in the “Millionaire’s Row” area of Jog Rd near Linton. This Delray Beach real estate listing was on the market for only two and a half months when we got it under contract. The asking price was $569,000 and it closed at the end of July 2011 for $540,000 (95% of list price!). The Sellers paid $799,000 when they purchased the house as new construction in August 2007, a decline in market value of a third.
Well the sellers loss is the Buyers gain as they will enjoy this fabulous house in a central Boca/Delray location with numerous amenities
