Boca Raton Real Estate Market Conditions ~ December 2008 ~ Central & West Boca

Please find below for your review the sales activity within the Central and West Boca area of Boca Raton real estate for the month of December 2008 - these are all homes located West of Military Trail.  

The Central and West side of Boca witnessed a dramatic increase in sales last month compared to that of the month of November 2008 - 35 more single family homes sold last month than in November and 25 more condos/townhomes sold than the previous month.
