Both single family homes and condos/townhomes in the East Boca area saw an increase of about 25% in sales last month, compared to those in November 2008, which is indicative for this time of year, regardless of the ongoing market conditions throughout the U.S. Five of the forty-two condos/townhomes that sold last month was within the Vistazo at Boca Raton community. These large townhomes comprise of 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 or 4 bathrooms with between 1,924 to 2,283 square feet of living area. These particular townhomes sold last month between $248,888 and $265,000, but there are also 12 more available for currently for sale, ranging in price between $245,000 (furnished, short sale) and $485,000 (turn-key furnished with upgrades and a waterfront location).
The community provides lots of opportunities to play, with their pool/spa, clubhouse and exercise rooms, plus a playground and picnic area for family enjoyment. The monthly maintenance fees are very reasonable and include cable, common area, recreational facilities, exterior maintainence, lawn care, trash removal and more.
