Boca Raton Real Estate Market Conditions ~ October 2008 ~ Central & West Boca

October 2008, saw fewer new listings throughout the Central and West Boca Raton real estate area, but saw an increase in the average sale price over last month.  The number of days the condo/townhome properties took to sell dropped from last month's 183 days to October's 172 days but still were significantly more than single family homes, which were slightly higher last months numbers. 

Below is a chart which outlines the activity within the Central and West Boca area of Boca Raton real estate - these are all homes located West of Military Trail.
