This shows the activity within the single family homes and condos/townhomes in the East Boca Raton area - which includes all homes between Military Trail and the Atlantic Ocean.
I have put together a slideshow of some of the homes sold within the single family home category of this Boca Raton real estate market, specifically within the Royal Yacht & Country Club community, which saw four sales in the month of March 2009, ranging between $750,000 (sale price based on vacant lot only) and $2,962,500.
