I just sold this awesome house in Trieste in Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach Florida. It closed on April 30, 2010 and was listed in late February 2010. The buyers will be using this as a vacation home and got a great buy at $500,000 for the property which was listed at $619,000. With three bedrooms, three baths, a gorgeous pool and spa and golf course view, with a transferable golf membership. Although the membership equity is a separate fee, not all homes in Addison Reserve come with full golf and those that do generally command a higher price since the golf memberships are limited and there is a lengthy waiting list. The house was built in 1999 and was in excellent condition, as a matter of fact the buyer purchased all the furniture in a separate transaction so really can just bring their toothbrush and move right in!
I do sell many homes in Boca Raton country clubs and although the expenses do get steep, for those that enjoy the golf and country club lifestyle, it is a great way to enjoy living in South Florida!
