The buyer of this charming Boynton Beach real estate

fabulous deal. Gloria listed this home as a short sale to sell in August
and an offer was accepted at the asking price of $115,000 after just 2
weeks! This adorable home is located on a quiet street on a cul-de-sac.

one just off the kitchen and living room and the other just off the
master bedroom. The 2 car garage, updated eat-in kitchen with pantry,

bought in the height of the market, it is very interesting to see how
