Our very own Karen Rothstein was recently awarded with being the agent with the most number of sales within Downtown Boca's 200 East condo development!
Earlier this month, Â John Poletto, principal of Nestler Poletto Sotheby's International Realty and the buildings sales office agency, held an awards night at 200 East to celebrate and acknowledge her achievements. Â As of today, only 5 units remain for sale and over the past few months 14 sales (or resales) totalling over $14 Million have been completed within 200 East.
