Updating the Boca Raton Restaurant Scene

Three things hit the news recently and will change the scope of dining in the Boca Raton area. B&G, a Canadian restaurant chain will soon open, along with an Irish Gastropub. These are two new openings, but one other reopening will happen, as well. Red will reopen after some major changes.

Madison's B&G Coming to Boca Soon

Boca received a heavy influx of Canadian snowbirds trying to escape their incredibly cold winter. This year, they will have a popular Canadian restaurant chain to enjoy.

New Pink Addition to the Boca Raton Resort & Club

The Boca Raton Resort & Club will be adding a new shade to their club in November. This shade will be pink and in the form of an ice rink. This is the first time the resort has decided on a pink rink to complement their surf school.

The rink will take over the croquet lawn, which is about 85 by 40 feet until the beginning of the year. Whether you want to enjoy a little bit of fun on the ice, this is the place to go during the winter season.

Makeover for Flagler Steakhouse

A new menu, a new design and a fully new type of steakhouse, Flagler’s will unveil all of the new in mid-November. This restaurant has been redone from the floor to the ceiling and will provide everything you could expect in a new and cool steakhouse.

Lord & Taylor Comes to Boca Raton

Mizner Park is finally getting a Lord & Taylor, which has opened and is in full swing. The grand opening provided plenty of great opportunities for those in the community from photo opps to a drink bar and so much more. It lasted for three days and DJs were on site providing plenty of entertainment.

This store used to be in the Town Center at Boca Raton, but it closed in 2002. For over a decade, the store has not been located in Boca. The parent company, Hudson's Bay Company, received a number of requests to return the store to the area. It took a while, but the store is finally back in Boca.

Special Announcement Event for the Festival of the Arts Boca

On Friday, November 22nd, the organizers of the Festival of the Arts Boca will hops a special event to announce the 2014 line-up of artists and authors. This event will be held at the Mizner Park Cultural Arts Center found at 201 Plaza Real.
