This coming Sunday night marks the beginning of the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah (Chanukah). Also known as the Jewish Festival of Lights observers celebrate by lighting the Menorah (candelabra) candles for eight nights. The following cities will be celebrating the holiday with the following events.

MENORAH LIGHTING - DELRAY BEACH - DECEMBER 6TH @ 5:30PM

Delray Beach will host a ceremonial lighting of the first Menorah candle at sundown Sunday, which is about 5:30 p.m.

The candle lighting will be held on the grounds of Old School Square, 51 N. Swinton Ave., adjacent to Atlantic Avenue. Limited seating will be available.
