Just Sold! A 4BR Home at 231 Gregory Road in West Palm Beach

List Price: $370,000.00

I had the pleasure of working with the sellers in what unfortunately turned out to be a challenging transaction. We went under contract within a week of going on the market and were all set to close when Hurricane Irma hit Florida. I went to check on the house after the storm cleared only to find that the garage door had been completely destroyed during the storm. After weeks of delays with permitting, lender challenges, and getting the garage door installed we were finally able to close the deal.

Wow!  I just can't believe that I am already looking at what is happening in Boca Raton, FL (and surrounding areas) for this July 4th celebration!  Time flies...

Here are the top family fun things to do in and around Boca Raton, FL for this 4th of July:

4th On FLAGLER 2009
This is the area's largest celebration of Independence Day, including not only fireworks, but two stages of entertainers plus a DJ dance area, a children's play area, lots of choices of food and beverages, and an unfurling of an enormous American Flag!  The Firefighters' Splash and Dash is also a great family fun time to have together while Palm Beach County residents and visitors alike take in the City's gorgeous waterfront.  Please note:  No personal fireworks are allowed.
