Many forms of wildlife are found here including snapping turtles, herons, owls, woodpeckers, hawks, alligators and more. This attraction also features a number of hands-on activities perfect for all ages.
Sugar Sand Park
This 132-acre complex provides a science explorium, theater, large playground, community center and a gym. Whether you want to get involved in a sports activity or enjoy a show at the theater, there's always something fun happening at Sugar Sand Park.
Mizner Park
This open-air shopping, dining and entertainment complex may be the best in the area. You will enjoy plenty of specialty stores and boutiques, along with a movie theater and a number of fine dining restaurants here.
Red Reef Park
Maybe the best place for snorkeling in Boca Raton, Red Reef Park is perfect for all kinds of family fun. You can swim and snorkel all you want or enjoy some of the non-water activities, such as the boardwalk, playground or golf course.
Children's Museum and the Boca Raton Museum of Art
Maybe it's raining or you just want to spend a little time indoors. The museums in Boca Raton provide plenty of excellent exhibits to enjoy from beautiful art in the sculpture garden to the replicated post office, grocery store and bank at the Children's museum. There's so much to discover at both museums, you may need a day for each.
