What Are the Most Expensive Condo Buildings in Highland Beach Right Now?

Posted by Gloria Singer on Sunday, July 30th, 2017 at 8:12am.

Most Expensive Condo Buildings in Highland Beach FLAs a small coastal town that’s wedged in between Delray Beach and Boca Raton, Highland Beach might not always get the hype that its neighbors to the north and south receive, but its housing landscape is easily just as impressive.

On a year-round basis, only about 4,150 people call Highland Beach home, and that number really only swells to just over 8,000 during the peak winter months. Translation—options are slightly more limited in terms of ultra-luxury homes and condos.

But given its position right alongside the oceanfront, potential condo buyers still shouldn’t have much trouble finding an incredible living space that fits a variety of needs and wants, and when it comes to the best of the best, three buildings in particular tend to stand out most:

3200 South Ocean

As one of Highland Beach’s newest condo buildings, you could also say its among the area’s most impressive as well. Providing residents with the ultimate waterfront living experience, the views, interior finishes, and assortment of luxury lifestyle amenities at 3200 South Ocean won’t leave you wanting more, but with only 20 residences total, anyone interested in buying here better act fast.

Toscana

Toscana in Highland Beach is a sprawling condominium complex that features three towers and 425 condo residences combined. Most people already living at Toscana will be the first to say it’s the closest thing in town to living at a resort, and if you're lucky enough to find an available unit on one of the buildings’ upper floors, the unobstructed ocean views are absolutely supreme.

Parker Highland

Despite being built back in the early 1980s, Parker Highland still features some of Highland Beach’s most luxurious condo residences. As a boutique building that only features 26 units, the vibe around Parker Highland is a bit more low-key than at most larger developments, but it’s also a building that truly feels like it sits right out over the ocean. And when you combine the building’s premium location with its spectacular views and lavish living spaces, it’s easy to see why this one makes the list.
