If there’s one question our Boca Raton real estate agency gets more frequently than any other in real estate, it’s “so, how’s the market?” Many real estate professionals will simply assure the questioner that it’s great or incredibly busy, but that really is doing the person asking a disservice. In reality, there is truly not a succinct answer. As I touched upon last month, our local area is actually more of a dual market. As is true in most markets, the higher up the price ladder, the more lengthy the time on market will be.

Thinking about selling your Boca area home or condo? Deciding to sell is a big decision for anyone, regardless of size, location, or any other individual characteristics that relate to your property specifically.
As the old saying goes, just because we’re in South Florida doesn't mean we can’t also enjoy the best of what the fall season has to offer. And there’s no better way to do just that than to swing over to the annual Boca Raton Pumpkin Patch Festival, which is already here and taking place this weekend over at the Mizner Park Amphitheater.
As we might have mentioned on more than one occasion, living in downtown Boca Raton is pretty awesome. The luxury shopping around town is world-class, the nightlife and entertainment venues provide plenty of energy, and all the different cultural attractions also add a little something extra that further boosts the appeal and desirability of actually calling downtown Boca Raton home.
The Florida Association of Realtors has released the sales figures for August 2017. It will be interesting to take a look back next month, once the September figures are in. I expect that the number of closed sales will have decreased as a result of Hurricane Irma, and it may take a few months to recover to “normal” levels.
Have you ever walked into a candy store and not instantly felt better? From all the different colors to the nostalgic feeling you’ll get when seeing all those sugary treats you used to eat as a kid, candy stores simply have a fun atmosphere by default, which is why so many of us love to stop by and pay any of the local candy shops here in Palm Beach County a visit every now and then. And if you're going through the stressful process of buying or selling a home in the area, there's nothing wrong with treating yourself to something with a little extra sugar and a whole lot of extra calories, which in some instances, we highly recommend ;)
