Boynton Beach's new home construction builder, G.L. Homes, was ranked as the 25th largest privately-held builder in the U.S. (based on 2008 revenues) per Builder Magazine's 'Builder 100' survey; they were also ranked the 2nd largest privately-held builder in Florida by Professional Builder magazine the same year. Within the last 6 months, there have been 33 sales within Canyon Springs, with an average sale price of $454,442, selling at approximately 90% of the list price and having been on the market for an average of 285 days.
