Deciding on the area your Boca Raton real estate was to be located took some time. A hard choice deciding between a gated community or a waterfront home (or both!) was made. Now finally, you have found the home of your dreams! After searching and looking at home after home for the past days or weeks, you finally decided this was the one. Your first step is making an offer on this beautiful piece of Boca Raton real estate. The purchase offer is an important part of your home buying process. In today’s economy, the buyer has the upper hand in much of the transactions happening not only in Boca Raton and other Palm Beach County cities, but throughout North America.  As a buyer, you are in a great position in getting a fantastic home at a very affordable price.

Once the purchase contract has been executed, the time by which you need to have an answer or a counter offer is stipulated in the offer itself. However, the time of jittery nerves has begun and you are, most likely, thinking about how you are going to decorate your new home while all at the same time wondering if it is going to really be yours.

Boca Raton real estate is probably all you have thought about for the past months or maybe even years.  Your real estate agent should be highly comfortable and confident in working with counter offers and representing you and your needs.  There are many aspects of purchasing a home between the time you start to look at homes and the final closing date.  This is just the beginning, but I will be discussing the various aspects of real estate transactions in upcoming articles.
