I just sold this awesome house in Trieste in Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach Florida. It closed on April 30, 2010 and was listed in late February 2010. The buyers will be using this as a vacation home and got a great buy at $500,000 for the property which was listed at $619,000. I am pleased to announce that Karen Rothstein, one of my buyer's specialists, has successfully closed on a short sale for her investor buyer.
