The Caldwell Theater was full of music and stage performances, but it filed for bankruptcy. It was shut down in 2011 with very little hope of being reopened. However, when Marilynn Wick took the theater over, hope was restored.
After taking over, Wick decided to renovate the inside before re-opening the theater. With more than 50 acting and production jobs possible, she believed getting the theater up and running again was very important. Not only does she plan to reopen the theater, but also a museum, which is begin built alongside the theater. It will hold the largest collection of costumes in the country and will open in November.

This tournament will be a four-person scramble with a post tournament dinner, cocktail party and awards ceremony. Along with the actual tournament, a longest drive contest and a closet to the pin contest will be provided on the course.
