Open the closet doors and get all those items that are constantly falling out into boxes or donated to a charity. The prospective buyer will want to see how large the closets are and this is not possible when they are full of clutter. The essentials can be rearranged to present a neat appearance instead of being haphazardly thrown into the closet.

Boca Raton Real Estate Market Conditions ~ October 2008 ~ Central & West Boca

October 2008, saw fewer new listings throughout the Central and West Boca Raton real estate area, but saw an increase in the average sale price over last month.  The number of days the condo/townhome properties took to sell dropped from last month's 183 days to October's 172 days but still were significantly more than single family homes, which were slightly higher last months numbers.

Boca Raton Real Estate Market Conditions ~ October 2008 ~ East Boca

Below are the statistics behind the October 2008 Boca Raton real estate market.  This shows the activity within the single family homes and condos/townhomes in the East Boca Raton area - which includes all homes between Military Trail and the Atlantic Ocean.

When comparing these numbers to September 2008, the number of sold listings significantly increased this month, plus, the average number of days the single family homes were on the market had a better month too, going from 261 to 150. 

One of these homes that sold last month was the below executive waterfront property in Boca Marina.  This four bedroom, five bathroom pool home included over 4,000 square feet of living space, and over 150 foot of water frontage.  This home sold for $1,712,500.
